Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Pega LSA (Part 1 certification candidate are also considered). The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Pega design, development, and solution delivery, working in collaboration with cross-functional teams in a hybrid setup.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement Pega-based enterprise applications in alignment with business needs.
  • Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and QA teams to ensure robust and scalable solutions.
  • Perform code reviews, optimize existing solutions, and provide technical guidance to junior developers.
  • Participate in system analysis, estimation, and design sessions.
  • Ensure compliance with Pega best practices, security standards, and performance benchmarks.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in Pega development and implementation.
  • Pega LSA Part 1 certification (must be verifiable on the Pega portal).
  • Strong understanding of Pega PRPC architecture, case management, and decisioning.
  • Experience in Pega integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, Connectors, and Services).
  • Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and CI/CD concepts.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills with the ability to work in a client-facing role.
